Section 36
Compensation should be paid based on actual value;
(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if a registered traveler group is lost, damaged, or delayed due to the misconduct or negligence of any official of the Board, the board shall pay an amount equal to the actual value of the travel group as compensation to the concerned person.
(2) The board may recover the amount of compensation given under sub-section (1) from the officer who committed misconduct or negligence.
